Arabica 100% Moka ground coffee in a 250g tin from Caffé Vergnano 1882 consists of 100% of the finest Arabica beans. The coffee varieties are roasted separately according to origin to achieve the desired roast for each. The beans are traditionally slow-roasted in cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes. This slow roasting allows their mild aroma to develop fully. A hint of sweetness rounds off the full-bodied flavour. The slightly darker roast and low bitterness contribute to a balanced taste.
