Small tests from the Zurich warehouse.
We dispatch the first small test orders from the Drahtzug warehouse in Zurich. This partnership combines our fulfillment with supported employment in the local community.
The next test: the Schaffhausen warehouse.
After the first tests from Zurich, the next step is shipping from the warehouse in Schaffhausen. We prepare larger quantities and pallet shipments within the scope agreed together.
Pilot proposal · terms to be agreed together
Start with clear terms.

Questions about selling coffee in Switzerland
Essential answers for producers before their first market test. Binding terms will be set out in our shared pilot agreement.
Can an Italian coffee roaster sell coffee in Switzerland?
Yes, the Product HUB also welcomes Italian roasters and coffee brands. We first discuss the range and partnership. Before any shipment, we agree on the importer, delivery destination and the labeling and import requirements that apply to your products.
Who pays for transport, customs, storage and shipping?
The roaster covers transport to Switzerland, customs clearance and any import charges, for both consignment stock and free samples. Buon Caffè by Luca covers Swiss storage and fulfillment within the agreed pilot scope. Sample allowances and domestic postage are agreed separately.
How am I paid for coffee sold?
For consignment stock, we agree on a fixed producer payment per pack sold and delivered. Buon Caffè by Luca sets the Swiss retail price, taking your recommended price into account. Settlement frequency, payment terms and returns are agreed before starting.
What is the difference between consignment stock and free samples?
Consignment stock is intended for sale and is settled according to the agreed sales. Free samples introduce products to customers. The two inventories are kept separate; samples do not receive the payment agreed for packs sold.
Which product details does my roastery need to provide?
We need the product name, format, pack size, item number, origin, description and product images with usage rights. We also need system compatibility where relevant and the agreed producer payment. You can add a GTIN and your recommended Swiss retail price. Batch, best-before date and quantity belong to each delivery.
Are my products published in the shop immediately?
No. We review product details, images and Swiss retail prices together. A product can only be offered after approval and confirmation of saleable stock. The producer portal is being prepared; introduce your roastery through our contact page to get started.
