It is rounded off by sweet and fruity nuances. Vergano can retain its aromatic taste through a particularly gentle refinement using the long-term roasting process. The aromas can thus develop extensively and offer the full taste experience without the espresso gaining unnecessarily in acidity. The beans are also traditionally processed in a slow roasting process, in which the cycles last between 18 and 22 minutes. The Caffè Vergnano espresso is recommended as an espresso, but this variety is also suitable as a cappuccino or latte macchiato. The beans are suitable for all common fully automatic coffee and espresso machines, as well as for portafilter machines.
