Vergnano – Antica Bottega – coffee beans

The Antica Bottega from the Caffé Vergnano 1882 brand consists of 100 percent of the finest Arabica beans from Central America. The types of coffee are roasted separately depending on their origin, which means that the desired degree of roasting can be achieved. The beans are also traditionally processed using a slow roasting process, with cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes. The Bottega variety has a very gentle taste, especially due to the green coffee from Central America, and also has a lasting crema. The expressive body is perfectly rounded off by a slight sweetness and a pleasant fruit acidity. The Bottega offers particularly high quality because it is oriented towards gastro products.
