Compared to the other blends in the line, Circe is characterized by a lighter roast, which gives the coffee vibrancy and a velvety texture. The Aroma profile is characterized by floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine, complemented by hints of caramel and grain. In the cup, you get a delicate, sweet espresso with a golden crema, ideal for espresso of 20-30 ml.
