Description
Balanced coffee beans for everyday espresso
With the Caffè Borbone Vending BLU coffee beans you get a 1 kg blend designed for a rounded Italian everyday espresso. It works particularly well in fully automatic coffee machines and vending systems, and also in a portafilter machine with the grind adjusted appropriately.
Flavor
The BLU blend combines a gentle body with a creamy texture. Its aroma profile offers balanced roasted aromas and a mild, chocolatey character – pleasant as an espresso and distinct in cappuccino or latte macchiato.
Preparation
Use the usual espresso setting in fully automatic machines. In a portafilter machine, adjust the grind and dose for an even extraction to preserve the blend’s balanced character.
