This Borbone blend offers excellent value for money and a classic Arabica/Robusta ratio of 80/20. Like all Caffè Borbone coffees, this blend is roasted in Naples, but with a slight departure from Neapolitan tradition. It has medium intensity and a slightly lighter roast than the typical dark Neapolitan style. Crema Superiore still lives up to its name: its exceptionally thick crema lasts a long time on the aromatic espresso. On the palate, notes of almond, walnut and caramel evoke an Italian coffee bar. Its Robusta content gives Crema Superiore a lovely texture and full body.
