Vergnano – Napoli – coffee capsules

This variety is made from 100% Robusta beans and is a tribute to the original Neapolitan coffee. The espresso tastes very intense - as if you were actually in the sun at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. It is very aromatic and has a light, pleasant acidity. Through dry processing, fructose from the pulp enters the coffee beans and gives the finished coffee more sweetness. The beans are then roasted in the traditional Italian way: slowly and gently. Roasting cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes allow the flavors to develop better. These beans are roasted more darkly. The coffee is made in Italy and packaged in aroma-tight capsules. These fit into the Nespresso® machine, are recyclable, optimally portioned and aroma-tight. Caffè Vergnano produces typical Italian coffee and has been run in Italy by the Vergnano family since 1882. A mixture of innovation and tradition makes the company internationally successful.
