Vergnano – Gran Aroma – Ground
The Caffè Vergnano Gran Aroma consists of 60% finest Arabica and 40% aromatic Robusta beans. The strong aroma is underlined by a nutty, chocolatey taste. The high Robusta content also ensures a firm crema. Caffè Vergano can guarantee the aromatic taste through a particularly gentle refinement using the long-term roasting process. The aromas can therefore develop intensively and offer a long-lasting taste experience without unnecessary bitter substances. The beans are also traditionally processed using a slow roasting process, with cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes. The variety is recommended as espresso, but it is also suitable for preparing as a cappuccino or latte macchiato. The beans are specially ground for Bialetti and French Press.
