Vergnano – Gran Aroma – coffee beans
The Caffè Vergnano Gran Aroma consists of 60% finest Arabica and 40% aromatic Robusta beans. The Robusta content gives this espresso a particularly strong taste and impresses with a perfect crema.
It is rounded off by subtle nuances of nuts and chocolate. Vergano can retain its aromatic taste through particularly gentle refinement using the long-term roasting process. The aromas can therefore develop intensively and offer a long-lasting taste experience without unnecessary bitter substances.
The beans are also traditionally processed using a slow roasting process, with cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes. The variety is recommended as an espresso, but it is also suitable as a cappuccino or latte macchiato. Preparation in a fully automatic machine is recommended.
