The Arabica 100% Moka ground 250g can from Caffé Vergnano 1882 consists of 100% finest Arabica beans. The types of coffee are roasted separately depending on their origin, which means that the desired degree of roasting can be achieved. The beans are also traditionally processed using a slow roasting process, with cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes. This long-term roasting allows the mild aroma of the beans to develop perfectly. The full-bodied taste is perfectly rounded off by a slight sweetness. The slightly darker roast and the few bitter substances contribute to a balanced taste. The beans are ground a little coarser especially for brewing in traditional mocha, which also results in a very nice crema formation. The Arabica 100% Moka is perfect as espresso, lungo and cappuccino.
